Terms and Conditons

By commissioning me, and subsequently paying me, you accept the following:
- All works created may be used by the artist Jormunzumr, hereafter referred to as "Me" or "I", for promotional purposes with credit given to the commissioner.
- Half of the payment for any piece shall be given to me before the work begins, the rest of the payment shall be given to me after completion and customer satisfaction of the work.
- I will contact you during the process with Work In Progress images for your input to ensure satisfaction with the piece, but major changes to design may not be possible after a certain amount of time spent working on a piece.
- I shall not ask for additional compensation to design a character for the commissioner, but additional compensation in the form of a tip would be greatly appreciated.
- All payment shall be provided digitally via PayPal in USD (United States Dollar)
- The time it takes to complete a work shall vary depending upon the complexity of the design, and additional time may be asked of the commissioner in order to ensure satisfaction with the design.
- I reserve the right to not accept any commission.Things I shall not draw include, but are not limited to:
- Gore, Graphic Violence, Pornography, Real People, Racist/Bigoted/Insensitive Depictions of any Group of People.Helpful things to provide me:
- References - Any reference images you can provide, whether it be for the design or the pose you want, would be immensely helpful, and would more than likely reduce time needed to complete a work.
- Context - It may sound odd, but knowing the character's personality or the situation that a character may be in is immensely helpful in properly depicting your character.
